Recycled Content FIBC Bulk Bags
Reduce the use of virgin polypropylene without sacrificing the performance required from an industrial bulk bag.
Triptych Packaging offers recycled-content FIBCs manufactured with up to 50% recycled polypropylene (PP). Designed for companies looking to reduce their reliance on virgin plastic, these bulk bags combine recycled material with the strength, durability and handling characteristics required for demanding industrial applications.
Our recycled FIBC solution has been tested and certified by LABORDATA, an internationally recognized FIBC testing institute, and is available in configurations supporting Safe Working Loads up to 1,500 kg, depending on the bag specification. Recycled material is managed with end-to-end traceability to help customers support packaging sustainability initiatives with documented material content and performance.

Recycled Material. Industrial Performance.
Increasing recycled content in an FIBC requires more than simply replacing virgin polypropylene with recycled resin. Fabric construction, material consistency, UV stabilization and bag design must work together to maintain the performance required for filling, lifting, storage and transportation.
Our recycled-content FIBCs are engineered to provide dependable bulk packaging performance while incorporating more than 30% recycled polypropylene. LABORDATA-certified configurations are available for Safe Working Loads of 1,000 kg, 1,250 kg and 1,500 kg with a 5:1 safety factor, allowing recycled material to be incorporated into demanding industrial packaging applications without treating sustainability as an afterthought.
For customers evaluating recycled packaging, Triptych can also review existing FIBC specifications to determine where recycled content may be appropriate while maintaining the required bag performance.
Traceable Recycled Content
Our manufacturing partner maintains Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification, supporting third-party verification and traceability of recycled materials throughout the supply chain. GRS establishes requirements for recycled material verification and chain of custody while also incorporating environmental and social criteria into the certification standard.
A More Sustainable Approach to Bulk Packaging
Reducing virgin plastic is one part of improving packaging sustainability. Bag design, material usage, product capacity, transportation efficiency and container utilization can also influence the environmental and financial performance of an FIBC program.
Triptych Packaging takes a broader approach by helping customers evaluate both the recycled content of the bag and the efficiency of the overall packaging system.
Through our manufacturing partnership, we have access to production capacity exceeding 1.2 million FIBCs per month, providing the scale to support recycled-content programs for both specialized applications and high-volume requirements.
